Description

(The generator used to make this belongs to Generalzoi)
A while back, I promised a friend of mine that the next pony I made had to be a guy. So, I started messing around for a while and came up with an idea around a tea shop owner. Thinking about the design, I wanted him to be a really relaxed individual, basically a hippie. One thing led to another, and this was the end result.

-Personality Stuff-

Likes:
-Thinking about everypony's proper place in destiny.
-Discussing philosophical views with others
-Relaxing

Dislikes:
-Negative emotions around him
-Being forced to put in effort
-His mane getting messed up
-Being woken up abruptly

Motivation: Many could argue that Jazz doesn't possess any form of motivation, but that's where they'd be wrong. Jazz primarily finds his motivation from the earth constantly surrounding him, believing the most subtle of things to be incredibly important signs towards something. This view mostly comes from his tea leaves, believing them to be a part of the all-knowing Gaia and as such, important towards life itself. To put it simply, his tea leaves inspire him to either continue down the path he's going on, or change the direction in order to go the right way down it.

Strengths:
-Due to his calm personality, he possesses excellent listening and problem-solving skills, usually putting them good use in the form of advice for his customers. This listening skill of his also works out as being a good secret keeper, though he would usually advise them not to keep such things from people who deserve to know.
-Being an earth pony, he naturally lives in perfect sync with nature all around him, letting him know exactly which herbs to use and which to stay away from.
-The philosophy he follows allows him to handle situations in calm and mature ways, easily solving the issue at hand.

Weaknesses/Flaws:
-Easily comes off as overly lazy
-Doesn't always promote the best of ideals
-Tends to fall asleep often, even during the middle of a conversation
-Can be very stubborn when it comes to working seriously
-Generally doesn't take situations seriously unless deliberately told so

Fears: Aside from his irrational fear of forgetting how to make tea, Jazz suffers from the thought of his philosophical standpoint drastically changing into something he himself doesn't actually want. The mere thought alone completely paralyzes his body and causes his mind to cringe just as much as his facial expression.

Overall Persona: At first glance, many would automatically know Jazz is a very relaxed individual. So relaxed, that he doesn't actually suffer from the same kind of problems other ponies do. This in turn makes him a very calm and collected individual, usually having a good idea about what his next moves will be long before he actually needs to make them. His mind itself doesn't have all that much to it as far as trivialities go, but primarily focuses on keeping a positive image. This thought alone inspires him to keep a positive background constantly surrounding him, going as far as to lend a helping hoof towards those who need it. His sage-esque advice-as one could probably imagine-has multiple meanings to it, requiring one to actually think about long after he tells it to them, refusing to explain it for what it is in order to let them find the answer, thus solving the problem in an arguably brilliant manner. Only on rare occasions will he actually lose his cool, and even that takes a lot of effort. When it does happen, it usually doesn't end well, Jazz often having to find ways to make it up to whoever the pony is who wronged him in the first place. Finding something he doesn't like is just as difficult, as the only things he doesn't actually like are highly arbitrary and wouldn't be known unless they directly asked him. Overall, Jazz is the kind of pony you want to go to for advice, and then stay for a glass of tea.
History/Background: (Will work on at a much more opportune time)
